2 For any undamaged product, please return the item with its original packaging and accessories, along with the receipt (or gift receipt), within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will gladly exchange it or issue a refund using the original payment method. We have a 100% Money Back Guarantee if your pet did not like what you bought.
