Note - We DO NOT Post Cakes, Pupcakes, and Doughnuts, so please do not use the Parcel Box as an Option for delivery, as Australia Post will not allow it.

 

1. Delivery Location

Cakes, Pup-cakes, and Cookies offered on our website are only available for hand delivery to addresses within a 30 km radius of Post Code 6107. 

If unsure of the radius, please get in touch with us to discuss this. Deliveries outside this radius are not available at this time. We advise you to pick them up in-store.

ONLY Our Cookies, Chews, and Biscuits are available for shipping within WA and Australia-wide.

 

2. Delivery Charges - Currently Not available!

A delivery charge of $30 applies within a 10km radius of 6107. 

A delivery charge of  $35 applies from 11km up to a 15km radius of 6107.

A delivery charge of  $40 applies from 16km up to a 20km radius of 6107

A delivery charge of  $45 applies from 21km up to a 25km radius of 6107

A delivery charge of  $55 applies from 25km up to a 30km radius of 6107.

IMPORTANT, Please ensure you CHECK your EXACT distance, from Rufous Court, East Cannington 6107,

before you make a km selection, for delivery.

You would be charged the difference if the wrong km is chosen. If unsure of the distance, please call to discuss.

3. Postage Charges

We cannot post Cakes, Pup-cakes, or Doughnuts, as per Australia Post Policy

We use Australia Post for all our services, locally within Western Australia and Australia-wide. 

A postage fee of $18 (Small Box-220x160x70mm, for 1 to 2 items - NO Cakes/Pupcakes) or

$25 (Medium Box-240x190x120m, for 3 to 4 items - NO Cakes/Pupcakes) is applicable for a parcel box.

Please note that postage charges are subject to change to reflect Australia Post fees.

4. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed, during business days.

Business day means Monday to Friday, until noon on Saturdays, except holidays.

Please note we do not deliver on Sundays. Pick-up, in-store, is available 

We encourage free pickup.

 5. General Information

All Pet Store orders are subject to our natural pet treat product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
